Inveslar presents its investors with a new investment opportunity in a CoLiving transaction. This opportunity offers a target annualised return of 7.5% over a period of 19 months. The objective of this investment is to finance the upfront costs of the lease and fit-out of the flat. The return is fixed rate. The amount required is 14,000 euros.
