Each floor is distributed in approximately 85 m2 each one, distributed in 4 bedrooms (one of them with dressing room and bathroom), two bathrooms and a large kitchen separated from the living-dining room area.
The plot is located in Bétera, a municipality in the Valencian Community belonging to the province of Valencia, situated to the east of the Camp del Turia region, being its second most populated municipality with 23,600 inhabitants. ? It belongs to the second metropolitan area of Valencia and is connected to line 1 of the Valencia Metro and line 4 of the tram.

The urbanisation of Montesano is situated just north of the CV-35 road which connects the municipality with Valencia in just 15km of motorway. This operation is going to be structured through a company already constituted by the developer in 2017 with a lot of experience in construction. This company provides the plot of land for subsequent construction, once the building permit has been obtained. The developer will be dedicated to the integral management of the development.
