The company Investimenti Immobiliari 1 S.r.l. is financing itself with the aim of buying a 140 sqm apartment in Moena in Val di Fassa, an ideal destination for the strategic location with respect to the best ski slopes of the Dolomites.
The apartment is located in a typical mountain complex of which the sponsoring company already owns two garages of 50 sqm and a ski deposit of 30 sqm. The objective of the project is to convert the property by splitting it into two different units to which the two garages will be attached. The apartments with garages in the areas adjacent to the ski slopes acquire value because they are used as storage for skis and snow equipment.
The ski resort of Moena and all the ski areas nearby are part of the Dolomiti Superski, the largest ski carousel in the world, as well as being famous for the Marcialonga, the internationally renowned classic style granfondo race.
The fractioning and renovation of the apartment involves the use of environmentally friendly materials and energy-efficient systems.
The apartment is already divided into two sub-apartments with two different entrances so the renovation and division will be carried out in a short time.
