The loan is assigned in Euros and the Loan Originator is offering the loan at a fixed exchange rate of $MX 19.80 per €1.00, so the project is offered in Euros, the loan amount for the purpose of loan assignment being € 10,280.56.

The borrower may choose to unilaterally extend the loan for another year.

The Loan Originator also offers a Buyback Guarantee, including interest, in case of default by the borrower for more than 60 days.
