The owner of the project is a young farmer who has started farming in 2017. In his farm in Radomir, Bulgaria, he cultivates 43 hectares of land, of which 7 are his own. The cultivated land is sown with 14 ha of wheat, 2 hd of corn and 27 ha of sunflowers.

He works the farm with his father and has all the necessary equipment for soil cultivation and harvesting. He also owns the storage facility for his crop production. 

This is the second loan on the HeavyFinance platform, the farmer has borrowed 28 000 € and currently has an active balance of 14 367 €.
