The asset

Inveslar presents its investors with a new investment opportunity in a CoLiving transaction, operated by our asset manager Urban Rooms. This opportunity offers an annualised return of 7.5% over a period of 28 months, with monthly interest payments (Fixed Rate). The objective of this investment is to finance the initial costs of the rental contract, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, as well as furnishing the two flats. The amount required is 54,000 euros. This operation is pre-financed by Inveslar Fintech S.L.

The flats are located right in the centre of Barcelona, in a privileged location, just one street below Avenida Diagonal and next to Passeig Sant Joan. It is one of the most dynamic areas of the city, with a multitude of businesses and shops in the surrounding area. It is very well connected by public transport, next to the metro stop Girona and Verdaguer, 5 minutes away from Passeig de Gracia and Plaza Tetuan.

Current condition

The properties require simple refurbishment, with updating of the kitchens, bathrooms and painting of both flats. It is necessary to furnish both floors and to equip them with electrical appliances. The interior terrace will also be refurbished to make it more attractive.
