The borrower is long term client of RCF. This is their 5th long term loan. They are in the construction and logistics business based out of Cavite City, Philippines. Cavite City is just south of the capital Manila that has been undergoing rapid development over the last 5 years in the form of major residential real estate projects and the development of industrial parks. It is also home to numerous mining operations. This provides the borrower with a substantial growth opportunity to service these projects in the market.
