Bulkestate is a team of real estate experts who are following the latest trends in real estate. We’re on a mission to make quality real estate investments available to everyone whether you want to invest and make a profit or purchase an apartment. Our main priority is 100% customer satisfaction.

Secure deals

All investment projects in our marketplace are carefully selected before made available to investors. Every Bulkestate deal goes through a rigorous, consistent and multi-tiered evaluation process by the Investment committee that involves an experienced team. Our investment committee members are Vita Liberte (BDO Council Member) and Martiņš Zutis (an ACCA qualified accountant and financial advisor with more than 20 years of professional experience). Bulksestate's partner is BDO – an international network of public accounting, tax and advisory firms.

Investors funds are kept safe in an escrow account that is separated from the Bulkestate operational bank account. If the fundraising/crowdfunding project isn't successful and investment goal isn't reached, developers do not suffer any losses.

While we make every effort to safeguard our client investments and returns, every investment project involves risks, which at times may have an adverse effect on the performance of respective real estate project and may result in loss of a part of the entire investment.

How Bulkestate works?

Our main priority is 100% customer satisfaction and enabling the right choice for our investors. All Bulkestate deals (whether investment projects or property deals) are transparent, secure and are subject to any requirements specified by law.

The cost of our services is included in the deal price. It means that for group buying offers purchase price already includes the cost of our services and there will be no separate fee. For investment projects, the expected return on investment represents income after cost of our services.

 

How investing works?

Setup your account: To start investing, you need to create your Bulkestate investor account. Register with your e-mail or use your Facebook or Google account profiles to sign in the platform. Activate the account by e-mail confirmation and log in your account.

Add funds to your account: Transfer money from your bank account to Bulkestate virtual account and start exploring the investment opportunities. You can use your Bulkestate account features to set up an Auto Invest tool, which will automatically make investments according to your defined preferences.

Choose the right investment object: You will see different types of investment opportunities - loans secured by real estate properties - listed on Bulkestate platform. Select the investment project according to your wishes – by planned revenue, loan to value (LTV) or investment period.

Become an investor: Make your investment and earn money! Access your investment history in your Bulkestate account to see the details of each investment payment, including planned revenue and repayment date. Receive your profit and invest in the next object to earn some more!

Choose your real-estate property and make a reservation: Choose a real estate property you wish to purchase. Confirm your reservation by paying the set reservation fee for your chosen property.

Become an owner of the real estate property: Make your investment and earn money! Access your investment history in your Bulkestate account to see the details of each investment payment, including planned revenue and repayment date. Receive your profit and invest in the next object to earn some more!
